Job Summary:
We are looking for qualified medical professionals to support insurance underwriting operations by explaining the medical rationale behind underwriting outcomes based on medical findings identified during the underwriting stage.
This is a non-clinical and non-consultative role focused on interpretation and communication of underwriting-related medical findings to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Explain medical rationale behind underwriting decisions basis medical findings identified during underwriting
Handle cases related to:
Counter-Offer cases
Decline cases
Postpone cases
HIV-related underwriting outcomes
Medical escalations
Explain customer medical reports from an underwriting perspective
Address customer queries related to medical findings and underwriting outcomes
Coordinate with underwriting and service recovery teams for escalated cases
Verify customer identity before discussion
Record call outcomes and interaction notes in the designated system
Ensure adherence to confidentiality, compliance, and audit requirements
Follow prescribed call scripts and mandatory disclaimers
