Responsibilities:

Product Launch

o   Perform thorough literature searches using medical and scientific databases to gather relevant clinical and scientific information.

o   Develop and write detailed medical manual to serve as key reference material for internal and external stakeholders.

o   Create an exhaustive, in-depth scientific PowerPoint presentations on the new product and also ensuring it is visually appealing and engaging.

o   Conduct a comprehensive medical presentation on the new product to the Marketing team and to the field with technical inputs on therapy area and product details.

o   Tailor the medical content to meet the needs of diverse audiences, including internal teams and healthcare professionals.

o   Analyze and synthesize data to extract key information from publications.

o   Translate complex medical data into easily understandable and impactful educational materials.

Responding to Queries

o   Ensure good customer relations by addressing queries from field force and doctors along with relevant scientific support.

 Scientific Support to the Brands

o   Prepare CME Kits including Powerpoint slide presentation and important references.

o   Keep abreast of the latest scientific information on products, therapy areas, landmark trials, guidelines from scientific associations on therapy areas.

o   Provide technical support to the Marketing/Sales Department in terms of references on new as well as existing products.

o   Prepare prescribing Information.

o   Validate medical content in marketing inputs for accuracy and high scientific quality.

New Product Ideation

o   Provide medical rationale (Justification) for new product introductions.

o   Evaluate and suggest novel products, indication expansion, unique dosage form, etc.

Publications

o   Prepare manuscript for publication in peer-reviewed journals on original research and review article.
