Important update: Switching placement activities to the LMS platform

Dear students,

Subject: Important update: Switching placement activities to the LMS platform

I hope that this message is going well for you. I am writing to inform you of a significant change in how we will conduct our placement activities going forward. From April 1, 2024, all communication related to placement activities will occur exclusively via the Learning Management System (LMS).

This change is consistent with our efforts to streamline the placement process and ensure efficient communication.

Please note the following key points: Dissolution of WhatsApp groups: Effective April 1, 2024, all existing mediation WhatsApp groups will be disbanded. From this date, all placement-related communication will only take place via the LMS.

LMS Registration: A form will be provided in the current WhatsApp group for registration purposes (i.e tomorrow before 12:00 Noon, 26th March 2024). It is mandatory for all eligible students seeking placement assistance to complete this registration. The deadline for submitting your data is April 29, 2024 at 12:00 Midnight.

Access to the LMS: Eligible students receive access to the LMS, which is your primary resource for placement support. This access remains active for three months.

Compliance with deadlines: We urge you to adhere to the specified deadlines and complete your registrations on time.

We understand that change can sometimes be challenging, but we assure you that the placement team is here to support you through this transition.

We ask you not to panic or make unnecessary calls or WhatsApp messages now. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our team Monday to Saturday between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Priyambada (9148212277), Vamshi @ (9391161720)  Priyanka (8904527576) for queries.

Rest assured that the placement team will proactively address your needs and ensure a smooth transition to the new system.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.  Let us embrace this change positively and make the most of the opportunities it brings.

Best regards,

Shweta
