Urgently Hiring for Medical Coder with minimum of 1.5 years Experience

Responsibilities 

Must be able to recognize key details in a patient record to apply the appropriate codes 

Reviews the documentation in patients' medical records and translates the same into universally accepted, industry-standard medical codes. 

Understand basic coding guidelines and ability to interpret Super bills & Medical records for ICD-10, CPT & HCPCS 

To code charts based on standard coding tools (AAPC coding manuals & Super coder) 

To check with Team Leader for any client updates 

Meeting all set productivity and quality targets including TAT 

Identify issues and escalate the same to the Team Leader/Manager 

Update Production logs 

Adherence to company policies, rules, and regulations 

To follow quality processes using checklists 

Adherence to HIPAA guidelines  

Eligibility: 
   
To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the following qualification criteria:  
1.5 years experience in medical coding
