Job Responsibilities:
1. He/She will closely work with a client physician/Doctors (US region) and their care team to complete documentation of clinic visits as well as to keep track of patients' medical records.
2. He/She needs to transcribe and format information according to guidelines for medical records.
3. He/She needs to ensure to follow the regulations, such as HIPAA and other information security safety measures. 
4. He/She should make sure that the patients’ records are up to date In order to provide the best quality medical services/Treatment, even though they do not have direct contact with the patients.
