Job Description:
* Building up a new customer base for Samahitha CR by virtue of personal contacts, through the web, Emails, cold calls, social media or conferences.
* Maintaining existing customers with periodic reporting and updates on the progress studies/Projects to the respective sponsor representatives.
* Responsible for targets and financial goal settings and abiding by the same.
* Recognize and prepare clinical trial research plans with CROs and pharmaceutical and biotech organisations.
* Make calls to targeted companies, seeking out new contacts, follow-up calls and evaluate web sites for the new developments and new product developments of potential sponsors.
* Should be well versed in building proposals, risk analysis, financials, methodology and RFQ’s.
* Should be an excellent negotiator and communicator.
* Should have knowledge of complete life cycle management of product development, phase trials, Clinical data management, Pharmacovigilance and BA/BE studies.
* Responsible for identifying of new possibilities for pipeline molecules/products.
* Analyse new business models, methodologies, and markets that would maximize the revenue share of the organization.
* Attend industry conferences to enhance Clinical Research Benefits and to obtain further data on research that can help new business opportunities.
