Job Responsibilities: 

Adhere to the safety norms, company policies and procedures.  To follow online documentation as per GDP.
Maintain cGMP & GDP practices in Sterile Production department.
To ensure to follow entry, exit procedure, gowning practices, and personal hygiene.
To perform line clearance and co-ordinate with IPQA team for line clearance and document the same prior to respective activity as per BMR/BPR.
To perform the entries in logbooks and BMR/BPR and any other GxP documents wherever required.
To verify the entries made by other personnel in logbooks.
To reporting to supervisor, the daily activities.
To follow Operation and cleaning SOP’s of sterile block manufacturing area and machineries.
To ensure equipment and area cleanliness as per respective SOP’s.
Responsible for daily coordination and execution of working schedules/plans.
To coordinate with engineering & calibration team for on time Preventive Maintenance and calibration activities of related equipment.
To maintain a safe work environment and ensure the safe use of equipment.
Receiving, identification, handling & storage of spare parts & change parts.
Responsible for environmental monitoring of related areas.
Responsible for performing daily verification of respective area instruments.
To participate in inspections/audits (Internal/ external), and correction of identified discrepancies.
Responsible to Initiation of respective equipment breakdown and follow up with engineering team.
Any additional job assigned by section Head / Head production / designee.
