Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Medical Coding team. As a Medical Coder, you will be responsible for reviewing and accurately assigning standardized codes (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) to diagnoses, procedures, and medical services based on medical records.

Key Responsibilities
Review patient medical records and convert diagnoses and procedures into standard medical codes.

Ensure correct and complete coding to support accurate billing and reimbursement.

Work with clinical documentation and ensure compliance with payer requirements and coding guidelines.

Communicate with senior coders or team leads for clarifications and guidance.

Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks as defined by the organization.

Stay updated on coding rules, payer guidelines, and changes in ICD/CPT codes.

Required Qualifications
All Life Sciences

Good understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology

Willingness to learn ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS Level II coding systems

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office

Completion of Medical Coding Training or Certification (e.g., CPC, CCS, CCA)

Exposure to EMR or medical billing software

Knowledge of HIPAA and data confidentiality practices
