ob Responsibilities:  

  1. Includes diagnostic and procedural data, important reportable components, and problems in the coding and abstracting of patient interactions.  

2. Conduct research and analyze data to be reimbursed.  

3. Analyses medical records and identifies documentation deficiencies. 

4. Serves as resource and subject matter expert to other coding staff.  

5. Reviews and verifies documentation that supports diagnoses, procedures, and treatment results.  

6. Identifies diagnostic and procedural information. 

   7. Audits clinical documentation and coded data to validate documentation supports services rendered for reimbursement and reporting purposes.  

8. Assigns codes for reimbursements, research and compliance with regulatory requirements utilizing guidelines.   

9. Follows coding conventions. Serves as coding consultant to care providers.  

10.  Identifies discrepancies, potential quality of care, and billing issues.  

 11. Identifies reportable elements, complications, and other procedures Serves as resource and subject matter expert to other coding staff. 

12. Assists lead or supervisor in orienting, training, and mentoring staff.  

13. Provides ongoing training to staff as needed.  

 14. Handles special projects as requested. 

 Eligibility Criteria:  

1. We are seeking detail-Oriented and Organized Life Science graduates to join our growing team.  

2. Should be a Graduate or Postgraduate in life science (Physiotherapy, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Microbiology, Biology, Biotechnology, Endocrinology, Physiology, Bio-Medical, Anatomy, Bioinformatics, Endocrinology, Biomedical Engineering, plant Biology, Advanced Zoology and Botany, Pharmacy)  

3. Candidate pursuing Course or Training or Certification related to coding is added advantage.  

   4. knowledge in Anatomy, Physiology and Medical Terminology.  

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills 

Benefits: 

1. Associates will be provided System-based and classroom training for one month.  

   2. Associates who successfully complete the training program will receive a stipend of Rs. 6000.  

3. Associates will become permanent salaried employees after successfully completing the training program.  

  4. For non-certified personnel, CTC- 15000 per month will be given.  

  5. The remuneration for CPC/CRC would be enhanced to Rs. 20,638 as CTC after certification.

7. Workdays for businesses are Monday through Friday, with two additional Saturdays at random.  

8. The associate is expected to get certified within four to six months following the onboarding date.
