*Job description:*
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Patient Care Coordinators to join our team. The Patient Care Coordinator will work closely with patients and doctors to ensure seamless consultation experience for our patients who visit our offline clinics. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing multiple priorities and deadlines, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
● Coordinating with patients and healthcare providers to schedule consultations, counselling sessions, and tests.
● Preparing and formatting documents using Microsoft Word and other software programs.
● Communicating with patients via various Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms to keep them informed about the next steps in their care.
● Answering patient queries and ensuring the best experience for our patients
● Prioritising and managing multiple tasks and their deadlines Desired Skills & Experience:
● Strong Interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills - This is necessary for this profile
● 0-1 years of experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination.
● Any Bachelor's degree (Healthcare administration or a related field will be preferred)
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
